How to save data if you have to do a master reset

Try performing a master reset. To perform a master reset on a dezl:

1. Start with the device turned off and unplugged from power
2. On the dezl 570, 760, and 770: the verify the device is powered off and not in standby mode, press and hold down the power button until prompted to turn off the device
3. Power on the device
4. When the first copyright screen appears press and hold the lower right hand corner of the display portion of the touchscreen
5. Remove your finger from the touchscreen when "Erase all user data?" appears
6. Touch Yes. If text language is not in English, this is the button on the right

When the Samsung log appears, continue to hold the keys until the master reset menu appears.

Press the Volume Down key to select Delete all user data when the Android master reset menu appears.

Press the Power key to confirm your selection.

Press the Volume Down key to select Yes – delete all user data.

Press the Power key to confirm your selection.

Press the Power key to select reboot system now.

Deep Reset Using the *#7370# sequence , all your saved data and settings will be erased (other than data in sd card)

I don't think master reset will help you in this case.but you can still try.make sure you do backup before master reset to save your data.
Your phone have a problem with the speaker or the flex cable that goes from mother board to the speaker and lcd.
You may have to take it to the technician.

The phone stuck due to this instances

Phone memory is low that's why its getting stuck,it means,not enough memory may cause malfunction.

Solution are :

* delete unused data or files so there will be a free space on your phone memory and to be able to operate smoothly.

* Reset the phone by this procedure,go to settings > initial set-up > Master Reset or Master Clear

Master Reset - your phone settings will go back to default (no data will be deleted)
Master Clear - your phone setting will fully format. (all data of yours will be deleted) and back to original settings.

before doing master clear,be sure all of your important data must be saved before doing this method.
