My ikonvert tv converter box did not come with a remote, I'm trying to e-mail the company to find out who makes them but can't seem to figure that one out

This is not a solution(Sorry) , But I did want to say I have the same converter and it does the same exact thing until it warms up. It has to on to warm up (Green Light on). Keeping the unit on(Green Light on ) takes a TONS of Patience because it keeps turning itself off. I don't know what happened to this Converter but it does not work the way it did even 2 years after I bought it. I HOPE you do not have the problems I am having down the line. I would never buy any product made by this company again . I know things don't last forever , but these products should last longer then 2-21/2 years.
