How do i lube a reebox treadmill - Nordic Track /proform Treadmill Drive/motor Belt 118016

You have to check the motor drive. Also check carbon brush of the motor.

Belt is the surface you walk/run on.lift it up in the Centre and spray lube on the board belt runs on

I can only hope that your problem has been resolved, since this post is 6 years old. I just had this same issue on my treadmill. Push start, stop and enter at the same time, while holding them down put the safety magnet in plase. This will put the treadmill into engineering mode. In the owners manual it says to use speed +- button to go to "Lube Reset", but that wasn't an option on my treadmill so I used the odometer reset and the "Lube" light went off.

Either your treadmill has a typo or....well, it's LUBE BELT.

Download the manual for specific model and it will describe how to lube the belt. There may be a RESET procedure required to turn off the message and turn on the treadmill.

Lube the treadmill belt with treadmill lube

Dear Sir:

1) Reset the c. breaker from your outlet home.see if some wire is loose.
2) Do not use extension cord, the drop of voltage is not O.K for to keep running the treadmill.
3) Reset your c.breaker or fuse from your treadmill, is to the side of power button.
4) See internal some wires is loose.
5) Test the input voltage for 115 vac with a VOM., IF THERE ARE MISSING, you have problem with the c.breaker or transformer.

You need to apply lube between the walking belt and the black deck surface. Most manufacturers use silicone lube. We sell a lube kit for our treadmills that includes an applicator and a bottle of liquid silicone.for around $20.

The problem is most likely a malfunctioning incline motor. It is still under warranty, therefore you can contact iconservice.com and they will send a technician to your home to install the new motor. Silly though it may sound, make sure that you've fully inserted the safety key into the front of the console.

When the key is unpacked it arrives with its cord wound in such a way that it looks like the key can being inserted fine but will actually only actually insert half way in. The safety key has to be fully pushed in for main screen to come up.
