They were made for the Japanese Home market, so in all likelihood, you are stuck with Japanese text. Try this. Use a smartphone with the Google Translate App on it and use the Camera Feature to translate what you see on the screen. Look for settings - Language. There is an option in the car's computer to change the display language. You will need an ODBII scanner to do this however. Alternately you can take it yo your dealer and they will be $ happy to $ do this $ for you.$$$

if you do not have the tools or the knowledge it is better to leave it to a qualified mechanic because if it is not done properly they have to fix it but if you do it you could create a lot of heartache for your hip pocket
i wouldn't recommend doing this yourself. you will get alot more benefit if it is done at a shop where they can suction out the ATF. Volvo also requires synthetic ATF.
