1 - Switch on your Nokia 6600 without any sim card.
2 - Don't bother as to what is displayed on your Nokia 6600.
3 - Compose #pw+CODE+1#.
4 - The Nokia 6600 would then display the message "SIM Restriction Off" and will be unlocked!

The letter p appears if you press the button star(*) three times quickly
The letter w appears if you press the button star(*) four times quickly

The CODE you need to enter is the unique unlock code for your Nokia 6600

try flashing it once to reset it

if your sim is locked, remove ur sim from ur mobile and note down the numbers back on ur sim card. then call ur network operator and say ur problem, then they wil ask numbers back on ur sim. they wil say some puk code , then enter it in ur mobile.

This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even
if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code:
Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.

Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!

If the default security code doesn’t work, I need the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
type *#06# on your phone to get it. I will then calculate the Master Code for your phone.
