How do I delete Mash Button?

The inventor of the AIOs (All-In-Ones) should be shot. Now since you are having a hard time printing a page, that means that your Copier function is not going to work, your FAX might work, and so might your Scan function. Since you don't state how you are "deleting" your printer, I will tell you about two different ways. First there is the way of going to Devices and Printers on your Start menu and deleting the printer from there. Sometimes this will work but sometimes it leaves "traces/files" in the registry. First try removing it by using the above method. If you already have and are still having the same problem, I suggest you get a copy of Revo Uninstaller and using that to remove all traces of the multi-function printer. Go to the following link and download the FREE version of Revo:

Once you run this and install Revo, it will ask you if you want to Run it. Click on Yes and the user interface will pop up and show you a whole bunch of the programs you have on your computer. Give the list a bit of time to populate itself and then look for your MFP/AIO. It should start with Xerox. Click on the Xerox icon and then click on the Uninstall button near the middle of the top menu. It will now display a dialog box saying Select and Uninstall Mode. Click on the Advanced radio button (the very bottom one) and it will perform all of the functions above it and even go into your Registry and get rid of any files related to your MFP/AIO. Once it has finished it will show a Next button. Click on it and just follow instructions and go ahead and delete ONLY the BOLD (darker printed) files if there are any. DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OTHER BOX - JUST ON THE ONES THAT ARE FOLLOWED BY A BOLD FILE NAME. NOT FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS MAY CAUSE YOUR COMPUTER TO STOP WORKING. So, PLEASE be careful when you click on which files to delete. The next box may have something listed and these are mainly shortcuts and the like. These you can click without worrying. Once you have deleted the last list, you can close the program.
I do not mean to alarm you about using Revo, it is a great program and has helped me many times with other people's computers.
Once you have completed the removal, restart your machine following the directions on the instruction sheet that came with your MFP/AIO. Some will not function properly if they are turned on before re-installing the drivers and there are some that do not want you to have the USB cable plugged in. Just take it a step at a time and your machine should start printing the way it was meant to do.

1. What version of IE and what OS are you using?
2. When did this start to happen?

So, the solution which might help:

Then find the program and click Uninstall, if it is not there, try the second way:
2. Go to Tools-Manage add-ons and select it and click Disable and Remove (this is in IE), if that is not the problem, please do contact me by replying, then I will send further screenshots of how to manually removed or/and uninstall it from your PC.

Mine does the same thing when the power level is on High. Reduced power level to Medium and that seemed to fix the problem.

To completely delete all of your data is actually a complicated button mash of keys that you can honestly only find via a long talk with your service provider. I've had to walk though such a thing a few times when I was in customer service for a cell providor and I can tell you it's very frustrating and you have to follow it to the letter or else you have to start over. However, if you go into a store they have the equipment to wipe your phone in a matter of minutes. The only pain is waiting in line.

Check and make sure the door button has not broken and fell out. If you see the button sticking out mash it several time hold it in then mash the button. If it is electronic it's probally in the board.

I just found the "cancel" button, aimed and it worked!! Dah!!!!!
