My watch's digital part is absolutely perfect but the analogue part is 3 hours and 52 minutes behind. I have tried to reset the timezone to no effect. I have even tried manually setting the time, again to no effect. I asked where I bought the watch (wal-mart) and they wondered if the watch came with two batteries (but they are not authorised to change the batteries themselves, so they couldn't be sure). I took the watch to an authorised jeweler and he changed the main battery. (He didn't tell me if there were two batteries or not.) Well, the hands were just as bad as ever, in fact they were worse - they started out as 2 hours 10 minutes but now were 3 hours 52 minutes behind. The watch itself keeps perfect time so I don't know what to do or how to fix it... any suggestions anyone?

Read carefully about Radio-controled time keeping and other related chapters.
If after performing all the required operations your watch still does not work properly, you have some kind of fault in the Integrated Circuitboard and will need to seek for watchmakers help- probably an IC replacement.
