First question do you use the Facebook App? If so you will need to log out of not only the safari Facebook page and also the Facebook App too or it will remember the account that you are logged into on the App or on Facebook. But another thing you will want to do is clear the cache/history out of Safari. To clear the history out of Safari you will need to start safari and then click on the open book icon, then make sure the open book is again selected near the top left and you should see a star with favorites, a clock with history next to it. Update the Definitions for OS.. then the problem will solve..
