Music wont play through headphones

The MP3 player also acts like a memory storage device, but it cannot play the music files unless the music files are in mp3 file format. The computer can plat music files in several file formats.

Sounds like the player is running in INTRO mode, only playing the first part of each song. To change playback mode, follow the steps as described below.

Switch the player ON and start music playback:
1. Press PLAY button to START music to play
2. Press PLAY button again to PAUSE the playback
3. Press MODE button to enter playback mode selection
4. Scroll with MODE button through selections
5. Press MODE button when selection REPEAT is in the display
6. Use MODE button to select from: Normal, Repeat One, Repeat
within current Folder (if any), Repeat Folders (if any), Repeat
All songs, Random Play back, and Intro
7. Press MODE button to confirm selection

If iPod shuffle isn’t playing music
â iPod shuffle might not have any music on it. If you hear the message “Please use
iTunes to sync music,” connect iPod shuffle to your computer to sync music to it.
â Slide the three-way switch off and then on again.
â Make sure the earphone or headphone connector is pushed in all the way.
â Make sure the volume is adjusted properly. A volume limit might be set. See “Setting
a Volume Limit” on page 25.
â iPod shuffle might be paused. Try clicking the Center button on the earphone remote

Press the << button once or twice until music plays normally. If it plays too slow, press >> button.

Save music to computer. Once music is saved format mp3. Reinstall music back. Then, open mp3 and solder headphone jack back. U should have a working mp3 with working headphones.

Its the headphones, It happened to me a new set of headphones worked.

Maybe if you werent so gay, it would work for you. Try buying a XboX 360 and playing that rocking game Halo!

Here are a couple suggestions. Did you load music on? Do you have headphones in? Tried turning up the volume?

Check your local memory on your mp3 player. That's where the files actually loaded.
