Will not charge, or turn on

Our Navman F20 has been dead for a few weeks now. Nothing happens when we plug in the car charger, nothing appears on the screen. The green light comes on the charger, but nothing else. It seems dead. Help?

Probably the plug on the navman has suffered what we call dry solder joints from inserting and pulling out the charger you need a tech to fix it. soldering is nesessary shouldnt be too expensive I fixed mine its about half an hours work if not too damaged inside

Navman f20 will charge fron usb port on computer but not with in car charger

If it's not the original Navman usb loader then there's a easy solution to this : With a sharp knife carefully open the usb cable : you'll see four tiny cable's with different colours . You;ll have to cut two of those four cables ; Leave the black and red cable intact.
Use some tape to fix the cut in the usb cable. Now you can use your car charger and your navman won't go into usb mode.

Windows vista does not recognise navman F20 need drivers

i tried to put an address in to Oxford and it sent me to Banbury. When I ignored it, it just went quiet and said nothing more. Not like usual, when it wont *******.
It would not take a post code, just a town.
This has happened many times recently.

Navman won!t charge from in car charger or mains adapter but will charge from garmin in car charger

Your Navman will not run in car unless the output on the charger is 1000ma or 1a. you need to buy a genuine charger, motorola phone chargers do not have the output to run the unit

Battery Charging Navman S90i

The problem is that most of the chargers have the output of 5V/0.5A. The charger for NAVMAN (C30 in my case) has 5V/1A. And that is causing the trouble. The GPS is undercharged and is switching off itself. Buy one which specify the output power: 5V/1A. Hope I solved your problem
