Ideally, walking shoes should be replaced every 300 to 500 miles which for an average committed walker would be between 3 and 6 months. Don't judge it by how the shoe looks as the inner support could be worn away but the shoe still look great. You will feel the difference between an old and a new shoe.

I am single and lonely and have a hard time ************

This doesn't sound like a shoe problem directly. However, if you get a good pair of walking shoes and walk where others are, you can meet people and talk to them. This will decrease the loneliness. Walking and physical exercise has always been shown to help move the contents of the bowels along and decrease constipation.

I plan to purchase wrestling shoes for my young son. What should I look at when buying wrestling shoes?

If you're buying shoes for the first time or replacing an old pair these advices will help ensure you get the most from your purchase. Size- Each manufacturer has different recommendations. For example, Asics and Adidas recommend that you add a 1/2 size to your gym shoe size while Nike recommends one full size to your normal gym shoe size. The 1/2 size for Asics and Adidas is a good benchmark. For younger wrestlers you should probably add a full size to their normal shoe size. This way the shoes will last longer, especially if your daughter or son is growing quickly. Price - Next, you need to determine your budget Most wrestling shoes range from $40 to well over $100. If you're not sure whether your son or daughter will stay in the sport long enough to get full value from the shoes, it's best to go with the cheaper shoe. Brand - Finally your last option is to choose the brand. As mentioned, Brute, Adidas, Nike, Infinity, and Asics have been manufacturing shoes for many years and provide great quality products. In many cases your wrestler will get 1-2 years out of these shoes.

Can someone recommend stylish shoes with good arch support for someone with falling arches?

I like New Balance sneakers, but need something nicer for work. I bought a pair of black Timberland walking shoes, but they didn't last very long.

How to select a good walking shoes? Coul dyou recommend me on a good pair?

People are always asking for shoe recommendations. I don't like to make specific shoe recommendations because everyone's foot is different and people have different walking styles. But there are a few basics for selecting walking shoes: 1.Look for a low, supportive heel that rounds (or bevels) in. A thick heel or one that flairs out will cause your foot to slap down rather than roll. 2. A walker's foot hits heel first and then rolls gradually from heel-to-toe. So, you will need a flexible sole and more bend in the toe than a runner. 3.Next, look for a shoe that is light weight and breathable. The last thing you want is the clunky heavy leather walking shoe.
4. The most important thing of course is a shoe that fits properly. Be sure your foot has enough room in the toe box. There should be a thumbnails width (or about a half inch) between your toes and the end of the shoe.5. Go shoe shopping at the end of the day or after your walk when your feet may be slightly swollen. 6. Do not shop when you are in a hurry. 7.Wear your shoes in the house for a few days to try them out.

I have exactly the same problem-Navigator only turns to the left

it sounds like it needs a turbine kit with a-frames, it's a common problem with this cleaner. you can expect to install a turbine kit every other season if not sooner. If the wings and shoes are good, check the bearings both on the turbine and the a-frames. If they're good, check steering valve. hope this helps...
