I lost my camera jvc gr-d50as softweare cd iwant to download softweare

Check if your GR-D50AS really is that model by plugging it into a Linux pc (eg. Ubuntu) and doing lsusb at the commandline. This should tell you the actual modeltype that the cam identifies itself as.

The GR-D50AS I have is actually a GR-DX25EK, and those drivers are more readily available (driverguide.com, JVC main site etc).

System not functioning in my laptop?

Obviously, you want to save files from the computer; any files transferred to another system could infect that system.

If you really need those files I would recommend downloading an Ubuntu ISO and burning it to a CD. This gives you to boot to an operating system from a Compact Disc.

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

Ubuntu Linux has the ability to browse the Windows hard drive, if needed, transfer the files off the partition. You can burn the files from Ubuntu, if you have two Disc Drives, move the files on to a Flash Drive, or you can transfer them across your home network. Beware, this can spread the damage to other systems that do not have active virus protection.
Seriously, you need Norton, McAfee, or AVG Free at the least; these programs can intercept virus like activity as it happens in the memory. Furthermore, a script blocker like Noscript, Ad-aware, or MS Windows Defender can help prevent Spyware/Trojans/Variants from installing when you browse a untrusted site.

Once you have backed up the files you want to save you'll need to use your system recovery disc to format the hard drive and reinstall the operating system on your laptop.
