SOURCE: Prints header and footer but nothing in between
Make sure that the carts are FULL, placed well and are secured!
press menu then start bk copy then fourtimes arrow-up-button.
machine will be in maintenance mode. press 7 then 6 then 4 then start bk copy. machine will initialize the carts and refresh ink in tubes and the ph. leave the maintenance mode when finished by pressing 9 then 9.
Run a quality test print.
If you still cant see any bk this might be because of generic ink which had clogged the bk channel. this cant be fixed anymore!

Check the paper size settings and orientation of the driver from the Control Panel, and that match to the paper size in the printer's trays.

Dear, there is a printing command that is in the printer cache, and it is doing the job automatically. There will be a printer icon in the system tray at bottom right on the task bar of you computer, click on it, a dialogue box will appear with all the printing commands in the que and cancel all the printing commands in the que. and switch of your printer, re-start the computer. You problem will be resolved.

In printers&faxes delete the printer, uninstall all HP software in add/remove programmes and download and install the latest drivers for your system from here

Make sure your printer is turned on but disconnected from PC and connect when asked by install prog.

Most web pages are in color. Your web browser adds black headers and footers. I would suggest printing a test page to make sure the unit produces color correctly. If not, you can force the output to be in black and white, which should be legibile.
On Windows, go to Start>Settings>Printers and Faxes, then right-click on your printer and open the Properties page. There should be a "Print Test Page" button at the bottom.
