IT ALSO SAYS THAT HARD DISK NOT FOUND. CAN YOU HELP ME FIX IT?
Sounds like a new blank Hard Drive, erased Hard drive or a faulty hard drive. If hard drives not faulty need to restore the original drives contents from a back up made previously on an external drive or DVD's. If you do not have the back up, then you need to load the original OS using an original restore CD / DVD's and then load all the correct and required drivers from the HP.com Site for that model PC and the OS (XP. VISTA. WIN 7 etc) you are using.

That message means that your hard drive is bad and is not seen by your computer. If it is under warranty, HP will fix it. If not, you can find a hard drive for it for $70 +, depending on what capacity you purchase. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response Thanks, Joe
Although the hard drive is bad, a good tech can retreive your data, ie: documents, pictures and music from it.
