Macbook charger is not working

Try and borrow a charger from someone and see if that works, or even use your charger on someone elses macbook. Then you can work out if it's the charger that's faulty which will mean buying a new one or if it's the laptop that's faulty. What you want to do if it's the latter is entirely up to you.

It's the charger screwing with the phone. Unplug it and I bet it works fine. Find a new charger.

The power contacts are probably damaged from electrocution. Check the moisture sensor.

Yes, I have used it this way.
It takes MUCH longer to charge the battery, especially if you are working on the machine with hard drive and cd drive spinning etc.
Also, if you run the battery out, it can take several minutes to get the machine back running after you reconnect the charger.
It was quite a relief to finally get an 85W charger, but your 60W will work fine.

If the charger is older and since you saw the light go on then off again, it could just be the charger wires. Assuming your charger has a black box attached to it, try pushing the cord in towards the black box (usually the end leading to your laptop) . If that doesn't work, wiggle the cord in that area. If this works, your problem is simply the wire is worn out. You can fix it by exposing the inside wire where the bad connection is, snip it, reconnect and cover with electrical tape. I just did this to my sister's last week.

My Nokia 2310 suddenly switched off. It didnt switch on again.
I tried putting the battery(of problem phone) into another cellphone, the battery works fine.
I tried to charge the problem phone, but is not showing any activity upon inserting the charger jack. Other phones are getting charged using the same charger.

Any idea of what the problem could be?

I think, Charger is out of order and battery used all its charge, now charger is not functioning, so battery is not being charged. I mean no power from either side to camera.
Try to use another charger to charge battery.
