Trying to set the time on a new watch with no instructions. Adrenaline by Freestyle digital chronograph watch. I am trying to figure out how to set the time on this watch. thank you for your help.

The digital functions and display stopped working but the hour and minute hands seem to work fine as does the back light button. Are there two separate batteries for the two functions? Who can repair...

If you recently bought the watch warranty should be in place, the problem is in the electronic timing module, part of the module has failed. I suggest taking it back to where you bought it and if under warranty they should repair or exchange the product.

If you don't have the proper tools I recommend that you not do this yourself. You could scratch the case or damage the movement if you don't know what you're doing. If it's a water resistant watch the gasket also needs to be replaced once it is opened. DO NOT reuse a gasket! For about $8 nay watch or jewelry store can change the battery and renew the gasket for you.

Remove the back of my freestyle cortez

Try putting your watch in a warm dry place to see if the cloudiness goes away.

If not take it to a watch repairer, as removing the mechanism (required to gain access to the crystal) can sometimes be trickier than it would appear.

Replacing the back seems to cause problems and if your watch is sealed, it can be extra troublesome.

go to www.casio.co.uk go to support(methinks??) click on watches and put in the model number (the one you posted) and download the PDF manual relating to your watch (you will need adobe reader free download to read PDFs), this will be the full manual, once you figure it out DST will have to be on, as its summertime of course. ( i bought a wave ceptor for a fiver because the guy who had it didnt know how to recalibrate it after a battery change), a quick gander at the online manual put it right, there shouldnt be a problem setting it up again, good luck

The instruction aren't much help either. this was a watch they discontinued pretty shortly after they released it. poor instructions and poor usability. great watch company though. this one was just a dog.
this was taken from a page off amazon: "Try to use the following for setting.

Press/hold with the upper left button until LIGHT OFF on the display.

Use lower left to select hour, min, date........

Use upper/lower buttons for adjust hour, min, date......

Press upper left to exit setting."

it worked for me. i have several of their watches, but like i said, this one was one of their "dogs"
