I have the system with one base and 3 remote chargers. One of the chargers has stopped working. The light comes on the charger showing that it is getting power, but the phones don't charge. I have moved the charger and tried other phones on the charger, but they don't charge. The phones do charge on the other chargers.
SOURCE: how to set up uniden phone to base
If the handset has previously worked with the base - press the hangup button and the # key at the same time on the handset for five seconds and follow the prompts to deregister the handset. (System reset - deregister HS - which handset) It will tell you that the handset is deregistered. Then put the handset onto the base and it will register the handset.

Try leaving the unit unplugged for a few minutes and power it up. There can be power surges during an outage that can damage the chips holding the software that loads.
