the same problem i had the only solution for this to my knowlede i know one place , , they have to write the software, but you have to take to a good expert who can write the software cos somany places i tried they said the phone was not ditecting to write the software, but one place i found this guy did it for me he chraged 20 US dollars

Try resetting the phone to factory settings, if that will not fix the problem, you may need to load the new firmware/software that you can find the manufacturer's website.

The easiest way I can think of is by backing up your data onto pc the transfering the back up to where ever you want it. There are several programs on the net that should do this for you.
