I just got the favi mini wireless keyboard (FE01-Rii-SL) and I connected the dongle to the computer and saw the drivers being installed. After the installation finished I turned on the device and nothing happened. I couldn't move my cursor or type anything into a text editor. The device shows a connection but my computer doesn't respond.
Delete device. reinstall. There may be a setting in the device manager that lets you use only one input method. So if the original keyboard will over ride? All this guess work would be eliminated if you give the os pc specs. If it's an external keyboard on a desktop then you may need to disconnect it? A laptop lets you use more than one input keyboard or wifi mini etc.
