u can unlock your memory card by the following steps. Use 2 software phone for unlock the memory card. Use your frinds mobil. Use a software set(eg nokia 5800, 5233, 5230. 6120c etc) Insrt the memory card into the software phone Select setting > data mgr > memory > format memory card... Its working... Try it.. Note: formating memory card will delet all datas in the memory card.
