Question about Sennheiser RS 110 Consumer Headphones
Battery operated headphones start off great with good volume, but after 5 minutes gradually die down until there is little to no sound at all. Green light on the base is still on, sound isn't cutting out and hissing due to inactivity, just keeps getting quieter and quieter. Turn up the volume on the headphones and the TV to max and still barely audible. Bought 3 days ago, shouldn't be an issue with battery. Worked fine first couple of days, now this. Anything I'm missing or will I have to return them?
I would return them and either get a new one from them or another manufacturer.

SOURCE: I have a huge problem
The volume of the sound source (Mac) must be sufficient, otherwise the transmitter automatically turns off. Turn up the volume on the Mac, and turn down the volume on the headphones. There is no way to disable the Automatic On/Off function of the transmitter.

SOURCE: Hissing and poor sound quality
Well it could be interference from the TV, computer, or other 900Mhz device (some wireless routers run on this frequency).
I'm currently dealing with the same issue myself, if I find a solution I'll post back.
