Cant retrieve mms on telecom network but at&t samsung phone

Here are a couple of things you can try:
You need to see if your MultiMedia Messages (MMS) are set correctly.
1. Go to messages and click on Settings.
2. Scroll down to find Multimedia Message (MMS)
3. Set Auto Retrieve to OFF
If that doesn't work try this:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Mobile Network Settings
3. Click on Access Point Names (APN)
4. Tap on Menu - (lower left side of phone)
5. Click on Reset

Try both these things and that should fix your problem.

After recieving the MMS you have to retrieve the MMS via Your network Provider.
go to inbox and Download the MMS.

Call your service provider ask them to send you the MMS settings

1st acitivate ur partener an u setiings received ur network proviter ok

If you can received mms, but cant able to retrieve it. Go to message setting, select multimedia settings and select the MULTIMEDIA RETRIEVAL, select ALWAYS AUTOMATIC. thanks

if you are using an unlocked device on at&t's network you will not be able to ever send/retrieve the mms messages, the reason for this being that at&t does not support the use of internet on an unlocked phone, and in order to send/retrieve the mms messages you must be able to connect to internet.

Usually, mms has settings like gprs. Therefore these settings needs to be set on your phone by your Internet service provider, on request.

In my country, mms and gprs phone setting are usually sent automatically by internet service providers immediately you insert your sim card into a phone that has mms & gprs. And these internet service providers are also the network providers.

For instance, if your network provider is Zain, MMS & GPRS settings must be from Zain because that's the network you are using. These settings are as follows: IP Adress (eg. 172.018.254.005), homepage (e.g wap.uk.zain.com), port (1902) and so on....

So check if the above are intact on your phone as this is the only thing that can make your mms work.
Go to message, under message, look out for mms settings and you will see what I am talking about.

You need to contact your network provider and get the MMS & WAP settings installed. Usually send you these via SMS. You can also try looking on the network providers website
