I need to get a copy of a document that I faxed.

I faxed a document thru my HP LaserJet 3330 and did not receive a confirmation sheet. I was able to print the Fax Activity Log and saw that the fax was successfully sent. Is there a way to extract a copy of the document I faxed displaying the date, time, and fax number I faxed it to on the document copy itself?

No, the JOURNALS will only tell you the fax number it was sent to.

HP LaserJet 3330 will not print multiple copies

Does this happen only with some documents/software? I have a different HP printer (a LaserJet) that does the same thing only with PDFs printed from another program. (This happens with PaperPort and browsers using the Adobe Reader plug-in, for example.) If I open Adobe Reader and then open the document in question, I can print multiple copies correctly.

I hope this helps.

Describe your hp laserjet 3330 ?

The problem may be in the machine you're sending to, if you get a copy thru the adf or on the glass with no lines, it's the same image you would send thru fax. Check the narrow glass though, I usually find white out on that glass and have to clean it off.

The hp laserjet 3330 diverts to fax too quickly

Hi,

What you need to do is on the printer, hit the menu/enter button, then scroll through until you see "Fax Setup" click enter, then scroll until you see "fax receive setup", click enter, then scroll until you see "rings to answer". Here can you set it to a higher number of rings, just remember to click enter once you've got the number set to where you want it.
