You probably have a paper jam in the auto feed unit. Open the auto feed and check for bunched up paper and if you don't find any open the side doors and check for paper jams there. Let me know what you find.

Check the paper roller. They are probably worn and have slick spots on them. You will find them in the paper trays and inside the tray cavities when you remove the tray
check the paper trays ensure guides are set correctly and check behind the draws no paper stuck behind, also remove any paper from draws which is considered storage paper.
I had the same exact problem. Go to control panel>hardware and sound>devices and printers. Right click the printer and select printer properties. Click the configuration tab and make sure the duplex module is checked. This should solve your problem.
Try putting the paper in the 2nd paper tray and then go to system settings then paper tray settings and change to paper for that drawer to envelope and maybe COM10. Then try to print on the envelopes.
Brand New T652n lexmark printer get a paper jam every time! just opened and haven't been able to print one paper. Doesn't matter if you print from tray one or tray two. It gets stuck right after the rollers pick it up and try to send it to the toner. Any suggestions? I've tried to reseat the toner, plain paper, sized the paper correctly, I've tried just about everything I can think of! I can feed paper manually through the top tray, and it will print. But, just using the manual tray defeats the purpose of the other two trays. Anyone else having this issue?
From the symptom,seems that another material (broken paper or something else) block the paper path. Observe paper path carefully and remove any material which blocking the paper.
