Has a different font style

The printing preferences for hp designjet 100 has a different font style when its supposed to be just plain english

    the weird thing is we access the printer through a network and to some computers the preference for hp designjet 100 is in chinese and the some in symbols.

Hello,

Try to unplug the printer and then uninstall the driver in your computer.
restart the computer and then install back printer driver. Hope this will fix the issue.

    ic so your printer is a network printer. Please se documentation on reseeting the printer to its default setting. and look for english manual on that printer else you need to consult the manufacturer.

Thats not the issue of yor lan card, in printer setting you need to select language selection mode auto,
arabic font should ben installed in your pc.

Printing envelopes from stamps.com from the MP tray on a Canon Imageclass 4350d - after printing I get a message asking "use current size". If I say yes it prints again, if I say no it prints again.

1) Change the Printer Options - Enable L90 Only
2) Set Paper Feed to "MP Tray" and Change Printer Options to Enable EF only
