Cause:

• Universal OFF key failure

Troubleshooting:

1. If the controls are wet or water made contact with them, dry off the controls.
2. Turn off then back on to reset.
3. If the error persists, reset the unit at the circuit breaker.
4. Turn the unit back on to see if the error code cleared.

Sounds like a 'gas sensor' (whatever that is) error. I recommend calling Samsung Support or a qualified Microwave Technician

I have the same issue and was told by GE that it will take a technician to fix it because it is not a known error code. Most error codes start with "f", F0, F1, etc. This the second time a tech had to come out for this cooktop. Probably the last GE I buy. Definitely won't buy anything electronic. I want regular knobs on the next one.

e 3 is error because of high voltage may be more than 30 kW at your house......it will not work with it u have to buy a voltage regulator for it........

this E7 code is referring to a improper temperature between what the oven is set at and the actual temperature is .
So now knowing this you will have to have the temperature sensor or the thermostate repaired or replaced you can also try to unplug or trip the breaker for the appliance for 30 minutes then reapply the power to the unit , these units do have a self reset feature on it but if it doesent then have the appliance serviced by a qualified service repairman
ALSO if you have a warranty with this unit it may be covered with the warranty ok?
