I forgot the pass code and the answer to the secret question.
I had the same problem, call xbox live and they will surely help you

You're going to have to contact Microsoft to get those reset.
You can call them at 1-800-4MYXBOX
They'll ask a few simple questions pertaining to you personally, and then reset or provide you with that information.

Xbox support cannot resets passwords. Also if you know the windows live ID, it's really simple. Press forgot password
When presented with 3 options password reset email or secret question or secret answer and other options
Select other options
This will take you to the windows live iD validation form which you have to accurately answer questions about your account to prove ownership as long as you are the owner and didn't put random info then you should pass .
And I would suggest setting up reset proccess cause you do have slot of options for password resets if you set them up. KeepIng your windows live id and contact info upto date is a good idea it's like your drivers license for live

Navigate to to "My Xbox."
Choose "System settings."
Choose "Family Settings" if you do not subscribe to family pack and choose "Family Center" if you do subscribe to family pack.
Choose "Set pass code."
Choose "Pass code." Using the X and Y keys on your controller, input a four-digit pass code.
Input the four-digit pass code again for confirmation.
Select a code-reset secret question.
Input the secret question answer. This can be done by either using your computer keyboard or the controller.
Choose "Done."
Choose "Yes, save changes."
