Any Bluetooth device MUST be discoverable for the phone to find it.
Does your Craig have any setup program / configuration where you can set it to be 'discoverable' ?

SOURCE: blue tooth LED indicator

try going to back to your bluetooth settings and making sure you phones visibility or "find me" mode is turned off. This is a good idea anyway cause anyone can find your phone. Then consider most people don't change their passwords so hacking into your phone and reading your texts and looking at your pictures and even trade things back and forth from their phone to yours!!!

SOURCE: iphone won't turn on, just blue screen

Did it get wet. that sounds like something that would happen if it got wet. if you don't know that it got wet you could shine a light into the headphone jack and look for a white sticker. if wet the white sticker will have turned reddish

How do I connect my soundlogic blue tooth speaker to my iphone

Connecting any device to an iPhone via bluetooth is a fairly straightforward process:

1) Make sure your device (soundlogic speaker, in this case) is on and in "discoverable" mode. Your speaker should have come with instructions on how to do this; It's a different process per device, so I can't offer anything specific in regards to doing this, sorry.

2) Go into the Settings on your iPhone, then click on "Bluetooth". If Bluetooth isn't turned on, turn it on, then click on your device under "Devices". If you don't see it, make sure you're close enough to the speaker and that the speaker is in "Discoverable" mode. Your phone will pair itself with your speaker, and from this point on, your phone should automatically connect with your speaker anytime both your speaker is on and your phone is on with bluetooth enabled. Hope this helps!

My iPad won't find my Bluetooth speaker

Go to settings, General, blue tooth and remove any "other" previous paired BT devices & Turn off BT, then go to Sett. General, scroll down to reset and reset network settings, this will not delete anything. Power off BT speaker. after iPad re-boots turn on BT Speaker First, make sure BT is off on iPad as well as WIFI-wait like 10-15 seconds and then turn BT on in iPad it should see your speaker now and let you pair it up.

Bluetooth won't connect

I'm going to assume..you've got an iPhone.. Simply because apple seems to have a "list" of approved blue-tooth items.

Unless your "JailBroken" (google only, please do not ask), if the said bluetooth device will not connect, consider updating your iOS to 5.1.1. or 6.0, or simply deal witht thefact..it won't work... Older deviices (3gs and prior) don't support things like A2DP (blue-tooth bi-direction communication, like a head-set)... and unless (jailbroken..see above about google). will simply not work.

If your NOT talking about an iPhone..you've got me.

Blue tooth

The iPhone is supporting Bluetooth v2.0, but for headset support only.

See the iphone specification here:
http://www.gsmarena.com/apple_iphone-1827.php

That's mean it can use the bluetooth to connect only, with bluetooth headset.
