We need a ceramic fuse for the control board for a Bladez BF 6525 treadmill. We do not know the amps and have been unable to find one that does not blow when we start the motor

Our issue started with display not lighting up, we took out a fuse from the bottom of the control board and it busted. A tech came out to look at the treadmill and states we needed a new circuit board and we have been waiting on him to get for several months. He was suppose to have replaced the fuse and even charged us for a fuse, but we have recently taken the board off treadmill to see if we could find someone else to repair and found that he did not even put a fuse in it. We have purchased different amp fuses and once it is in the display lights up now when power is turn on. But when we start the motor the fuse blows. We have no way to know which fuse to buy to even find out if that is the only issue. Is there any way you may be able to help us with this?

If you have the old fuse you could take it to an electronics store in you area and see if they could help you identify it. You could try a place like radio shack but they are not much help with components. Also if you have the old fuse, look for numbers on it a try typing them into google.

Bladez prisma treadmill error e1 replaced lower control board and speed sensor

I will answer my own problem here, maybe it will help someone else. After BH North America customer service told me I needed a new lower control board and I had to spend $100+, it wasn't the board. Then they said it was the speed sensor, they sent that out for free, that wasn't it. Now, they would not respond to me. So, we went off the troubleshooting guide saying it was a connection problem between the upper and lower board. My husband opened up the "leg" of the treadmill and checked the connections (cutting the tie cords that hold the wires tightly in place, maybe too tightly and that's what caused them to come unplugged) and now the belt runs! So, BH got another 100 dollars of my money, on top of the original $800 and solved nothing and then ignored my emails. Horrible customer service and when this one finally bites the dust, I will never purchase a machine from them again. P.S. This treadmill is only approx. 2 yrs old.
