Disconnect batteries. Shut off the UPS wait 5 min. If alarms returns then something is wrong with your unit

What is the beep cycle? You can determine why it is beeping by reading the user manual. For example a beep for 1 second at 2 second intervals means the UPS is in bypass

go to liebert website and request for the circuit diagram or you can log what ever your fault is right here i will help you.

This is normal. From time to time it does a self test.

go to google.com then type www.manualsonline.com

You need a frequency converter and voltage changer. It must have high surge ability to run the load you want to power. Copy machines will draw a lot of power and most converters are not suitable for this task. If you still need help post a reply with the tech spec of the load.

surprised it tried to start with amissing neutral,
this is used to reference one side of the incoming live for the control circuits
Emerson do not release diagrams, and I doubt if anybody has the correct diagram as the unit is so old. ups is really difficult to repair, even with diagrams.
I used to fix AP200 series units and I had the service manuals, they were still very difficult.

looks like your ups is toast, could be expensive but,
maybe you can find a repair tech who can get parts form other units.

Emerson do not release diagrams, if the u nit is less than 2yrs old it is still under warranty.
