Hp 8500 printer/fax machine will no longer receive a fax in color but can send in color. it used to work fine both ways. What can I do to fix the problem?

i have hp laserjet 3030. i cannot send or receive fax messages. i have checked with other machines as well. a beep sound is heard and there is no answer. my fax and phone lines are working fine.please help me as early as posible.

Vonage is dgital. fax machines are analog

Type in the first fax number, then hit the Enter key (the check mark), then type in the next number, hit the Enter key, and so on until you've gotten all of your numbers entered. Then hit Start Fax.
