If the audio/sound drivers and Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) are separate files, you have to install the UAA files first before the installing audio/sound drivers files or your sound drivers will not be install properly.

You have not mention what OS or what type of mainboard, brand, name... you are using.

Both of these drivers should work, although you only need 1. The first download is for a Dell, but should work anyways. If it doesn't work, try the second download. Both are for the Intel 82801FBM ICH6-M - AC'97 Audio Controller [B-1]
