I cant find the place to download norton 360 gold edition bought from currys

Insert the disk into your PC, and it should start automatically. You then just follow the instructions, clicking next to move on from stage to stage.
If the disk does not "autoplay" go to My Computer and double click on the optical drive icon and the disk will start up.

Best thing to do is send an email to customer support, have had some experience with Norton before, customer support are very helpful.

The Norton 360 have different versions Norton 360 premier, Standard, Net book Edition

Norton 360 premier Edition installation file download link: www.norton.com/n360p_5

Norton 360 Standard Edition installation file download link : www.norton.com/n360s_5

Norton 360 net book edition installation file download link : www.norton.com/n360sne_5

download the installation file run that then it will remove old version if it's installed

after installation you can activate that using the key.

Please check if the spam folder by Norton is present on your Outlook

If that is not there, you will need to re-install the program

To reinstall, follow the simple steps:
>> download the latest version of Norton 360 from the link www.norton.com/n360s_5
>> save the file to your desktop
>> double click the downloaded icon
>> it will remove the existing version and also restart your computer
>> after the reboot, the installer will automatically pop up or you just double click on it again.
>> that will install the latest version onto your computer
>> recheck if the spam folder is there and and all the spam messages are being moved to it

**please note that there are two version of Norton 360, Standard edition and Premier edition.
I have given the link to download the standard edition. Just in case if your Norton 360 is a Premier one, you need to use the link www.norton.com/n360p_5. They have different product keys and you cannot activate a Standard edition with the product key of Premier one.

from there you can download and install the product
after installing the product insert the product key to actiavte the product
