It sounds like it has gone into secure mode...have you entered any codes unsuccessfully into your device before it did this? If you entered any codes in before this happend and you have turned off your phone and turned back on and it's still doing the same thing..unfortunately anything you saved to your phone is a loss cause.

Missing contacts, same sim card

You didn't save them to your SIM card on your old phone.
If you take your old phone & your new phone into a store you can ask them to switch the contacts over & they should be able to do it right then in there in just a few minutes.

How to slove the network fault in nokia 6021

Hi there!
If you're encountering this kind of problem on your phone then all you have to do is powercycle your phone. You can do that by removing the battery while the phone is on.After 15 seconds kindly reinsert the battery and turn the phone on again. If you still have the same error message then kindly go to a different location because it might be that the phone is not getting a good reception. And if you still have the same problem then kindly contact your service provider because its a probable issue with the network, not with the phone.
Thanks!

Nokia 6021 I have set the email setting, when I try to retrieve emal I get an error message saying subscribe to gprs first, I don't know what this means

GPRS stands for General packet Radio Service. It is a technology that provides internet facility to mobile phones. To check Emails on your Nokia 6021 you first have to activate GPRS facility on your connection. For activation of GPRS contact your Customer Care number and ask them to activate GPRS facility and to send GPRS settings on your number. After activation of GPRS you can check Emails on your phone after proper email settings.
Hope this will help for sure..cheers:)

MODEL NOKIA 6021 CONTACTS STORED IN PHONE MEMORY DELETED BY MISTAKE HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?

H,

Once you delete the phone numbers from phone then it is not possible to retrive the phone numbers.

If you saved the numbers in SIM card then you can copy to phone memory.

To copy contacts from SIM card to phone,Contacts > Copy. You can copy names and phone numbers from the phone contact memory to the SIM card memory or vice versa.

Thank You

Nokia 6021

Take it to your service dealer and ask them to test it and if possible to retrieve your data. Sometimes they will be able to make the phone work long enough to be successful. You will likely have to replace the phone anyway, so this process will relocate your numbers to your new phone if successful.
