Once you delete them, they are gone forever. There is an application on the Android market that allows you to back up your data. It is called my backup and the icon looks like a life saver. You back up the data to your memory card and then you can recover it again if you decide to.

Fast answer is take the battery out of the phone. Let your phone refresh and then you should be able to send your mms out. Make sure that your wifi and moblie network aren't on at the same time. Your moblie network actually is how your phone is sending out data.
