I am 90% certain that any low shank foot will fit this machine. Does your machine info plate say "made in Japan" or "made for Elna" anywhere? Is it about 30 years old? I'm pretty sure this was a "made under licence for" Elna Tavaro and that the machine is front loading bobbin model with pretty standard generic low shank feet; may be clip on too.
If this aligns with your machine, you should be able to buy low shank feet such as these at sewingpartsonline.com. Or if they are clip on, you can just buy the foot, not foot and ankle.
http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/low-shank-sewing-machine-presser-feet.aspxThe Elnita name was also used on Swiss made machines such as the 17 ZZ and I think used again recently however so it can get confusing. You could ask Elna themselves; start at
www.elna.com, then go to your country, then "contact us" page to find a phone number of email. I have found that contacting the manufacturer/distributor in your country is often best. Or look at the images of the feet on sewingpartsonline, see if they look like what you've got on the machine now and take a chance on buying one or asking them if it would fit.
