Very easy. Follow this link...
http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Templates-&-Software

you can download the free Avery software. Buy whichever labels you want. Then using this software you just put in the item # (the number on the pack of labels you buy) This software will work for any size label they make, and it will let you design & print them. I have the same printer & use the Avery Design Pro for labels.
If you find this helpful plz rate it 'fixya' for me. Thank you kindly.

I changed the Label Roll in my Zebra QL 220 Plus. After I turn on the printer it prints labels continuously and on the screen it shows "Extended Two Key". How do I get rid of this problem?

Extended two key means one of the buttons by the LCD are sticking and not releasing, you use the two key sequence to print a device configuration but if you hold in the buttons for too long r they are sticking that's when you get the extended two key error.

What are the settings for a TEC b-572 to make it print correctly, I am using win7 drivers

The printer knows nothing at all about labels, and isn't looking for any gap. I think you specified the wrong settings in whatever software you're printing the labels from - something in "Page layout" or "Format" or possibly "Printer Settings". You need to tell the computer software exactly what labels you're using, or exactly what your label specifications are.

I want to print a label onto a DVD I am burning using my HP6180 All-in-one printer. Does anyone know how i can do it?

Your printer is not printing straight to a DVD, so you will have to buy self adhesive labels, print on them and then stick the label on the disc. Now, it all depends on what software you have available. Your might have software included with the Photosmart printer for CD/DVD label printing, check your installer CD that came with the printer. If you don't, and use Nero for burning DVDs, you may notice it has a label printing software that comes with it. You will need this type of software in order to print a label. If you don't have Nero, or any other label printing software you can try using some of the free ones that are out there, like Disketch 2.11. There's also a lot of free to try label printing software, like Acoustica CD DVD Label Maker which you can use for 15 days for free. If you have Photoshop and you're good using it, then this is another option to consider (you can download templates online).

Using a label printing software is pretty easy, most of them will have templates that you can open and just edit, or you can start with a blank design and add text and pictures to it. When you are finnished put the special label paper in the printer and click print. If you have special DVD labels make sure you specify that in the printing preferences before you print.

I channged the ribbon and the printer will not print tried several thing but it look like everything goes ok but there is nothing printed on the labels

Check that ribbon is installed correctly. Zebra ribbon only has ink on one side. ink side must be facing label. Use a label to check which side ink is on stick label onto ribbon and peel off.

TLP 2844 GAP sensor problem (I guess)

I had the same problem. I found out later there was a small piece of label sticking against the sensor, thus blocking the sensor from sensing the end of the label. As soon as I removed the label (open the cover, it is on the top part) it immediately started to work as usual. Hope this helps.

Do you know how to print on a CD/DVD?

I have just bought the same printer. if you have found out how to do this then excuse me. It isn't clear cut but basicaly all you do is :-
1/ Make sure you have a blank label stuck on your disc, you can also buy printable discs.
2/ Place the cd onto the cd holder label side up.
3/ Pull the front cover down - where the paper comes out.
4/ If you look carefully further inside where the paper comes out you will see another flap/cover - carefully pull that down.
5/ you will notice 2 little rollers and an arrow next to the right hand roller.
6/ place the cd tray carefully onto the rollers and align the arrows on the tray with th one on the ptinter.
7/ now your set for the software - open the CD Label Print software - click on new - click on image tab - and either image file or if it is from the scanner then select twain capture - if you select image file then either make your own image for the disc or select an appropriat file from the browes button.

I won't go on any more but just experiment, you will soon see how easy it is.

Advances ticket too far after printing.

your label length is set incorrectly, there are 2 things it could be
1) your software is telling the printer the label length is longer then the current labels, even if the label size is out my a single millimeter the printer will give you this issue of feed an extra label. you need to change this in your software. you can set a label size smaller then the current label size and it will work correctly

2) you software is not setting a label length and so the printer is going off its internal setting, to recalibrate hold feed and power up the printer letting go after the light starts flashing

it is important to note that label roll will change slightly over time so even though you are ordering the same labels as a year ago the manufacturer will have slight changes from batch to batch
