I plugged my machine in & it flashes not ready & nothing else happens

The reservoir is seated properly & water is in the machine. I plugged it in and it's flashing "not ready." Nothing happens when I push the power button or menu button. It won't even heat the water.

Single serve flashes but does not brew

We did as Dennis stated above and took the side off of the unit where we found it had an air lock.
Taking apart the tubes and blowing through them released the air lock and our single served Cooks is up and running again.

My Keurig B60 just stays flashing "NOT READY". I can turn it off, I can't get the menu... nothing. I unplug it and it comes back on the same way.

Try removing the water reservoir tank, the replacing it. Make sure the reservoir tank is seated properly. There seems to be a problem with this model with the water reservoirs not seating properly and causing the unit to stop working or shut off. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

Keurig b60 wont brew

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

This worked well for my Platinum series Keurig. It has not failed since and I "brush" the filter under the reservoir when I change the filter in the water reservoir.
