Hi...
first what we need to check if the bluetooth software is installed or not, right click on my computer and go to properites, once you click on properties, click on the tab that says advacned and underneath this box you will see an option which says device manager, click on device manager and check if the bluetooth adapter is listed under the category that says bluetooth or network adapter,if you see that there is no yellow question mark under bluetooth option,if there is a yellow question mark then you probably need to reinstall the drivers...if the software is listed and yet it is not getting detected probably we need to reset the bluetooth adapter and also make sure if the bluetooth light on the laptop is on or not,the light is situated on the front of your laptop...
incase the device manager looks perfect then go ahead and reset the bluetooth card

link to download drivers for vista...http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-56755-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&os=2093&product=3747258

here the manual that u can download to see how you can reset the bluetooth card...http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01295898.pdf

HP Pavilon dv6910us Entertainment PC Defective ac adapter connection? ac port?

Sounds like your Internal DC Power Jack is broken. It has to be repaired or eventually it will completely break and you won't be able to boot after the battery drains. It calls for taking your laptop apart since it is on the motherboard or sits in a slot on the motherboard. Most times it is soldered on the motherboard. You have to unsolder the old and solder a new on it it's place.

I HAVE A HP PAVILION DV9700 I DO NOT HAVE A POWER ADATOR CAN I RUN POWER FROM MY OTHER PC TO THE DV9700 TO POWER IT

As long as the adapter you are going to use matches the specs of the required adapter, you shouldn't have any problems, check ebay for a replacement

My laptop will not charge when the charger is plugged in. I tried removing the battery and turning it on while it was plugged in. Is my computer messed up or is it just the charger. Also my warranty has...

Your laptop still not charge even with the battery removed?
I guess you need a new adapter. Or you can test with a known working adapter first.
Specification of HP pavilion DV7 charger:
Output: DC19V 4.74A
DC Connecter (Barrel) size:
Internal Diameter: 5.0mm
External Diameter: 7.4mm
With central smart-pin inside

I have hp pavilion dv6325ca laptop can now i upgrade my laptop with internal bluetooth module as already i have a internal wireless adapter can u suggest how to upgrade

The easiest option for you is to buy a Bluetooth dongle. It connects via USB, and if you get a compact one like the one in the image below you won't even notice it on the laptop. You can get one from Ebay, they are dirt cheap, under $2.

My screen is not working! the notebook is working ,but no video. hp notebook dv9700 series

I would unplug it and take the battery out. Then plug only the ac adapter in and turn on. If still no video. Try external monitor. If still no video check HP recall list. I think these laptops have known chip problems. Maybe you can get warranty repair. search for hp recall laptops dv. then you'll see if yours is on the list. and contact them to see if included in extended warranty. Basically I suspect a chip problem here if no video on external monitor or internal

Then save and restart router.

How can i reeinstall my internal speakers

the internal speakers do not need to be installed, what you reinstall is the driver for the audio adapter that sends the signal to the speakers.

If the model is the same listed in title, then the audio adapter driver is available for download clicking on the link below:

Select software and drivers.

If model is different, then select your model on HP downlaod website.

Dv2000 internal wireless adapter not detected. enabled in bios setting?? the internal wireless adapter is not detected and doesnt connect to the internet. however, i checked to see if the direct cable...

Is there a blue light to show that the wireless is active on the laptop? If not, switch the wireless connection on once windows has loaded. It may be that you have a faulty connection between the wireless card and the motherboard. Check out this link:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c01087277
and follow the instructions

Hp dv2815nr package W/ bluetooth mouse & case

The best way to overcome the situation would be to get an internal bluetooth card installed into the laptop if possible. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:DELL_TrueMobile_350_Bluetooth_card.jpg

HP dv1000 laptop and internal wireless modem

Although you have internal wireless, you are capable of attaching an external wireless device. For example, you could attached a D-Link WUA-1340 USB Wireless G adapter (http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=477), or, if you have a PCI port, you can use a Linksys WPC300N Wireless-N Notebook adapter (http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_Product_C2&childpagename=US%2FLayout&cid=1144763513196&pagename=Linksys%2FCommon%2FVisitorWrapper&lid=1319686869B07). Either device with any brand will work just like your internal wireless. In fact, because you chose to use an external device, you may get a better wireless signal. Because internal wireless devices are inside the computer, it is more difficult to received a signal than with an external device.
