Microsoft ISATAP adapter "tv_ConfigMgrErr31" Plug and play ID 20 problem code 31

goto device manger from my computer properties and hardware with yellow caution i symbol have something wrong

receive error code 31 if the device driver is not updated.

Steps to uninstall and reinstall the device driver:

Uninstall and reinstall the device from device manger. Steps to uninstall the device:
i. Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
ii. Locate Microsoft ISATAP Adapter device
iii. Right click on the device and select uninstall
iv. Restart the computer for the changes to happen

Uninstall and reinstall the adapter from Program and features. Steps to follow
i. Click Start and choose Control Panel
ii. In Control Panel double click on the "Programs and Features" icon.
iii. Here you can find all the programs and items which are installed in Windows Vista.
iv. To remove adapter click once on the program and then click on Uninstall/Change and follow the prompts.

Microsoft says to Ignore the problem, and the adapter will continue to work correctly. If the message is really annoying maybe you can try turning off IPv6.
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections

right click your network card>properties
uncheck the IPv6 box
that'll turn off IPv6-then just disable the adapter driver

Disconnect your device and any other external devices.
Re-boot the machine in safe mode and check the device manager for flags.
If you see other devices or flags, red or yellow, remove them.
Re-boot the 6000 and allow unit to run a normal boot.
Check device manager again for flags.
If you are running VISTA, type msconfig at search and in center of page, look for add or remove programs. Highlight and hit the lunch button.
Find your TV tuner program and remove it.
Close out the utility and reboot the system.
Check your device manager again for flags.
If OK re-install hardware and drivers.
Reload the program. If you still have problems, check microsoft for updates under drivers

Please give more details about your setup -

• What kind of router are you using (make. model, version)?
• Do you have a wired or wireless connection from your computer to your router?
• By "resetting" do you mean to "repair" the connection via the taskbar?

Problem#2:

This is apparently a well-known bug in Vista, but nothing to worry about. Take a look at the information from Microsoft.

In the Control Panel, update the drivers. If still unsuccessful, delete those adapters, restart your workstation and reinstall drivers. Helpful to have another workstation nearby in case you need to download the drivers from the Internet.
