There are many different types of CPAP breathing machines and not all of them have a full mask but here is a picture of one type. It does look a bit intimidating but it can make a huge difference to people who have sleep apnea and chronic snoring problems.

Suad mouth appliances for sleep apnea reviews please about suad.

From my personal experience my dad was suffering from sleep disorders & this was confirmed by the doctor. Mouth appliances for sleep apnea will not going to help you, not even therapy or medication. The most common treatments for obstructive sleep apnea are dental appliances, CPAP machines, and surgery. Sleep apnea caused due to increase of obstacle or hindrance in the nasal passage which may lead to interrupted breathing during sleep. Sometimes weight loss can help , but not always. I will recommend you to use Asonor nasal spay to rid from sleep apnea and all your sleep disorder.

I went to my doctor to complain about my snoring and he said he thinks I may have OSAS. What exactly is that?

OSAS stands for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. This is a condition where you stop breathing during sleep for more than 10 seconds, more than 5 times an hour. Snoring can sometimes be an indication of OSAS which is potentially dangerous, so it's important that your doctor follows up with some tests.

There seem to be a lot of different types of CPAP breathing machines for snoring and sleep apnea. Can anyone tell me the difference between them?

if you need to use a CPAP machine, then your specialist should tell you what kind of machine you need for your specific case. But watch this video on youtube from the CPAP website. It gives a basic overview about the different types of machines available;

Hope that helps you!

How do you know which CPAP snoring masks are best for you?

FOR ME I HAD TO HAVE A SLEEP STUDY DONE. IT IS A 2 DAY PROCESS. THEY HOOK UP ALL SORTS OF PROBS ON YOU AND MONITOR YOUR BREATHING. THE TEST WILL SHOW HOW MANY TIMES YOU STOP BREATHING. THEN YOU GO IN ON ANOTHER DAY AND THEY TRY DIFFERENT MASK DURING THE STUDY. ONCE YOU GET ACCUSTOM TO IT THEY MONITOR YOUR SLEEP AGAIN. THIS TIME, IF IT WORKS, YOU SLEEP THE REST OF THE NIGHT. FOR ME IT WAS WORTH IT.
