I heard there is an anti snoring chin strap. Has anyone use one? And do they work?

I bought a chin strap that holds your mouth together to try and stop you from snoring, and it cost me around $7. I think I got it at Amazon but after that I saw it in my local pharmacy as well for around the same price.

But just be warned...I found mine really uncomfortable and my girlfriend said I looked like a monster in it, so I had to give it up after a week.

Choosing from the massive range of anti snoring devices can be overwhelming. It really depends whether you are dealing with chronic, mild snoring or other breathing problems. Make sure you get some medical advice before you spend money.

part of the problem with the snoring remedies is that each person may be snoring for a different reason and so there is no 'one cure fits all' when it comes to snoring. You may have to experiment to see which is best for you.
