Mens Relic watch stopped working after battry change

My Relic mens watch stopped working a day ago so I stopped at my local walmart and replaced the battery, The sales person checked my old battery and it was dead. After changing out for a new battery the watch would not restart. The sales person checked the new battery and it was good. Any ideas why a one year old watch would just stop working? I could tell that the battery was dieing, it did not just break. The watch is a chrystal movement, is there a way to restart it?

I suggest that your watch has an oxidized contacts and electricity can not reach the movement.
Do as folloes:
Take out the batttery,
Clean (scrape) all battery related contacts till they are shiny (use hardened steel needle for that),
Use the dust blower to get rid off any tiny dust and dirt particles after cleaning,
Refit the battery back.
Now your watch should work again.
If all written above do not help, then there is a problem with your watch and you will need the help of the watchmaker.

What kind of batery need for relic zr 15490? i don't know because i lose my old batery.

mcdevito75 Here, Your in a spot, Looseing the old battery to your Mens Relic watch, you can look for a small watch repair shop in your area, they may have an idea of the battery number, but will most likely tell you they need the watch to know for sure. You can also try battery 364 or 371 but even I can"t be certain. You can also try online at Contact Relic Watches.com Reic should have a website. You may be left with only 1 choice, have the watch repair shop replace this battery for you, you"d have to buy and try a couple of different batteries and each battery in the store runs about $5.00 each, at the watch shop let the Jeweler figure out the battery number for your watch for 1 price. I think this is your cheapest and best option.

The crystal is cracked in my Relic mens wristwatch. Can I order a crystal on-line and replace it myself?

Problably not something you should tackle by yourself. I replace them and have experience. You would need to make measurements and order from a place that has inventory. Then you would need to remove case back and movement. Then you would push out the crystal from the inside. The new crystal needs to be installed with the proper "glue". This also needs to be ordered. I suggest you take it to a local watchmaker that knows how to do this. But, best of luck

How to make a relic watch bracelet a little smaller?

No but if this is a mens watch there might be a micro adjustment on the clasp. To adjust press the pin in the clasp and move the pin in or out depending on the position of the pin to make loose or tight.
