switch off your printer. remove power cord from its main source and remove usb cable connection from printer to computer. wait for 5 minutes then connect back the usb cable to you computer and plug in the power cord ,switch on the printer
Check the power supply cords; make sure they are attached properly. If you are using a power strip, surge protector or any other device where the power supply cord is not plugged directly into a wall outlet, bypass them and plug the printer into a wall outlet; see if that changes anything.
If that doesn't work, remove the printer's power cord from the outlet and all the other cables that the printer connects to the computer to.
Wait 5 or 10 minutes for the printer's CMOS and RAM chips to power off completely.
After enough time has elapsed, plug only the printer's power cord into the wall outlet (do not hook up any of the communication cables in e.g. USB, or serial cables, or network cables.)
Then press the power "on" button.
If the error message is gone, power off the printer.
Uninstall the printer and all its programs from the computer.
Do a clean install and follow the procedures of hooking up the printer as though you are installing it for the very 1st time.
You may have to obtain firmware and/or software updates from HP on your specific printer.
You may also have to check with your OS vendor to make sure you have all the updates/service packs on your PC or laptop
Please go through the following checklist - Make sure the power cord is plugged in securely and directly to the
power outlet. Power surge protectors can draw power away from the
printer. - Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet and the back of the printer and then reconnect it. - Check the power supply box (if there is one) to see if it is warm or cold, as there could be a defective power supply issue. - If there is access to a voltmeter, test the power supply to ensure that
it registering the correct amount of voltage (most Lexmark printers
have a 30Volt output). - Make sure the correct power supply is connected to the printer.
• Check the AC line voltage. Is the line voltage correct? If not connect it to the correct line voltage • Check if the AC line cord damaged. If damaged replace the AC line cord • Is the LVPS cable correctly connected at JLVPS1 on the controller board? If not Reconnect the cable at JLVPS1 • Turn the printer off, and then on. Does the problem persist? • Damage to the printer is possible. Be careful to touch only one conductor at a time, Rest the probe against the connector to steady it. • Replace the LVPS - Low-voltage power supply (LVPS)

The printer is waiting to receive a document to print. Choose the print command from the software program that you are using. Wait for the printer to complete the current task. OR If the printer continues to blink after several seconds, follow these steps:
Turn the printer off, and then turn it back on.
If it does not turn off, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the power source. Wait 30 seconds.

Plug the power cord into the power source.
Restart the computer and the printer. Try printing again.
Make sure there is a direct connection from the printer to the computer. Remove scanners, switchboxes, and so on.
Try another cable.

from the description you stated it sounds like the following error code
E74: AV cable error... There is a problem with the AV cable, try using a different AV cable. If the cable is known to be working then there is a 90% chance it's a scaler chip problem (the "ANA" or "HANA" chip connected directly to the AV cable) in rare cases it is the GPU.
Try restarting the console.
If restarting the console does not resolve the behavior, follow these steps:
Turn the console off.
Unplug all the power and AV cables from the console.
Unplug the power cord from the wall socket.
Firmly reconnect all the cables.
Turn on the console.
Also examine the lights on the power supply. When you turn on the console, the power supply light should illuminate green
try that and if nothing works I have more to follow.
If you are able to print form the computer.
Then follow the following steps:
Take out both the cartridges from the printer and unplug the power cable from the All-In-One and the wall outlet.
Leave the power cord unplugged for at least 1Mins time.
Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet without a surg protector.
And before connecting the power cable back to the All-In-One press and hold the # and No 6 button and connect the power cord do not release the keys untill you see a message as Semiful reset.
And if the unit is turned Off then release the keys and turn the power on and try copying or printing.
