Could the part number be 4011770? I've found the Viking 7 bobbins here: http://www.mysewingmachineparts.com/top-quality-metal-sewing-machine-bobbins-4011770-husqvarna-viking/ . Another site with them is http://www.sewingpartsonline.com/bobbin-viking-4011770.aspx . This bobbin is compatible with the Husqvarna Viking 7, 49, 51, 52, 21 & 21E . It probably will work for other machines. Sears also has them listed as 11770: http://www.sears.com/generic-viking-sewing-machine-bobbins-sewing-machine/p-SPM6124767105?prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1 .

Only at local dealers if they have them. Viking discontinued this product and the only vendor who was selling them, KitchenShop, stiffed me on a replacement bowl order and their phone number was disconnected when I called.

sounds like it needs servicing and cleaned. Suggest only using authorized husqvarna viking dealer for service. You can find your local dealer at the Husqvarna Viking website http://www.husqvarnaviking.com and selecting "dealers" link.

common error with d1 usb machines. You should only use Husqvarna Viking usb memory sticks. That being said, I have found a few that will work, i.e. Ativa 2gb and Office Depot 2gb. Try holding the stick firmly in place to make sure you have good contact. Wait 1 full minute after the machine is started before trying to access the usb stick. If these things do not work, it could be the usb port or the pc board. These parts have a 5 year warranty to the original purchaser. Contact your local authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for service or to have machine sent to Husqvarna Viking (VSM) Technical Service Division for repair. sounds like circuit board has gone bad. If you are the original owner and purchased from an authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer it may still be under warranty. There is a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Contact your local authorized Husqvarna Viking dealer for service or have them send it to Husqvarna Viking (SVP) Technical Service Department for repair. think i would call viking back and ask for refund of inspection fee and go by the bad switch scenerio the electrician said new fan that would be considered flaws in workmanship in most states dont know where you are located but pretty much same anywhere most inspectors for these companies always try to blame problems off on installers hold your ground and make them fix it and refund that" inspection " fee I've been doing electrical work for several (20+) years it takes longer than 5 minutes to troubleshoot something like that good luck
