I have no button for voice mail
If you have an Uniden answering machine, select it from the list beginning here to download a copy of the manual. If the voicemail is on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company, contact them for instructions on accessing their system.
If you require further assistance, please specify the model of your Uniden DECT 6.0 system.

These DECT 6.0 phones work on 1.9 Ghz frequency and should not have any interference other than from another DECT 6.0 phone that can be within 150 ft of your phone. That means that somebody, a neighbor that has a DECT 6.0 phone close by is causing this problem. It also means that they are also getting these phantom phone rings. The best solution? Go to a 5.8 Ghz phone and your problem should go away.

What worked for me was to call my phone from another phone and leave myself a voicemail. I then went in and retrieved and deleted that voicemail. Once I hung up from my voicemail service my handsets reset about 10 seconds later.
I hope this helps!

press "mute" key to access menu, press the up or down arrow key labeled "caller ID- volume" until you get to "handset setup", press the "mute" key again, press the down or up arrow until you have "defaultsetting" selected, press "mute" key, press "1", then press "mute" once more. At this point your handset will reset clearing the indicator for all the handsets. I've had to do this twice on my phones and it worked every time.
