I have lost motherbord driver

goto google and put in make and model and then download drivers,should take you to the drivers down load site

i loss my sound driver cd for window 7 intel (r) pentium (R) D cpu3.00hz software for me plz help me.........

well go to device management from the control panel if you can't find type "device management"in your search box and hit enter you will get the program open it and point to sound and game controllers select the device and choose roll back driver chances are that 95% you will get back your previous driver if not use the motherboard disk and choose update driver by selecting the device from device manger your audio device will be found and installed .
You can even search google with your computer/motherboard's make for the driver "motherboard/computer name driver download"

If you still have the motherboard manual, the model number will be on the cover. If not, you need to crack open the case and look for the model number silkscreened onto it.

The drivers can be downloaded from the Intel website (www.intel.com). Click on Work. Hover over Desktop Boards. Hover over Intel 865 Chipset Family, then click on your board. On the next page, select your operating system and it will present a list of all current downloads for that board and operating system.
