When we collect data using the topo option the points log fine. When we go to autotopo option the points log fine and show up on the map. When we come back to the office to export the data to the computer all of the autotopo points are gone. I thought of exporting the data prior to closing the job but the job can't be open when transferring data. Thoughts?

I would seem that this model does not connect directly to a PC but instead would be used with a Topcon Data Collector such as the FC-200 through and RS232 port which then would transfer all the data to the PC via supplied USB cable.
There are an infinite number of solutions to this. However, if you also stipulate that the three collectors between them bought the entire collection then there is only one solution.
There were seven coins to start with. The first collector bought half the collection (three-and-a-half) plus one-half or four coins, leaving three. The second collector bought half the remainder (one-and-a-half) plus one-half or two coins, leaving one. The third collector bought half the remainder (one-half) plus a half or one coin, leaving none.
To log out u need to go to the account button on the top right, then click log out. Once u do that it should take you back to the login page where your login information will be saved. Just uncheck the save my password box and have someone else log in.
