Unable to remove Gothic from my computer

When was the last time you ran disk clean up, scanned your pc for spyware and virus and finally defragmented the disks. Doing all three of these could have a big impact on the speed of it. Run all three in the order above.

your System may be slow due to following reason
- Too many programs running at startup or in the background
- Data Corruption, hard disk fragmentation

have an acer aspire one with windows xp home edition 2002, i need to reset it back to factory settings, but i have now disk to put it on there. how do i restore it to factory settings without a disk ?

Use system restore and add/remove program to use system restore go to start ---> all programs
---> accessories ---> sytem tools ---> system restore .. restore your computer in earlier time...
to go to add and remove program click start ---> control panel and find add/remove program
remove the program you did not have when its new...

Try to get a complete uninstall tool from Lexmark's site, then reinstall everything.

What does it says???Cant find hard drive or what???

You sound like you tried to install XP with Vista running - this will generate the message that you have received.

To install XP on your system, insert your XP disk into the computer and then restart it.

Select Boot From Disk during start up and this will lead you into the XP Installation.

Xp will not recognise Vista and will just overwrite it - deleting the current OS and formatting the C:\

After formatting my PC to upgrade it I've been unable to install the USB driver software to save pictures from my Tentax OPtio S4i to my PC.

My computer isn't recognising my camera when I plug it into the USB port.

When I've tried to install the Driver using the disk I got with my camera, at the stage where it asks me to MODIFY REPAIR or REMOVE, the software I get the following showing up on display boxes:
