How to reformat my sony nw-e013f? when i open it the display says no data though it has mp3's in it.... thanks!!!

For reformat i got to go to "my computer" , do rigth click on the mp3 icon and select reformat, done.

It says no data all the time
Please install Sonic Stage software in computer from Sony Support site then connect NW-E002 mp3 player with computer to transfer music files that will solve No Data problem.

You need to format mp3 player memory as per instructions given in This Sony Manual then transfer mp3 files through Sonic Stage software in mp3 player to solve the issue.

Firmware for mp3???
because you formatted your mp3 thru the computer, if your mp3 has an option in its sytem you may format it here. and you should download the songs thru the sonique stage, you can not transfer directly coming from your win amp or windows media player because of different file format
